THE PLACE

Space to breathe. Space to hear yourself again.

Daily life can become very full. We work, care, organise, achieve and keep everything moving — often with very little space to ask ourselves how we actually are.

Mallorca creates distance from the everyday. Nature, light, space and a different rhythm make it easier to slow down, breathe more deeply and turn your attention inward.

Not to escape your life. But to give yourself enough space to reconnect with who you are, what nourishes you and what you want more of.

YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEK

A place to arrive - and exhale

Set in the beautiful Mallorcan countryside, our 500-year-old finca belongs entirely to our small group for the week. No hotel bustle. No other guests. Just space, nature and the feeling that you can finally let go for a while.

There is room to be together and room to retreat: over long breakfasts, under the olive trees, on a walk, curled up with a book or simply enjoying a quiet moment on your own.

Nothing has to happen every minute. Rest, laughter, conversation and doing absolutely nothing are all part of the retreat.

HOW WE SPEND THE DAY

A rhythm that gives you space to go deeper

Each day has its own theme and takes us on an integrated personal journey. Yoga, meditation and somatic practices help you slow down, listen inward and reconnect; daily group coaching and reflection help you explore, understand, gain clarity and consider what comes next.

EARLY MORNING

Arrive & Ground

We begin gently with yoga, mindful movement, breath or meditation, creating space to notice how you are and arrive fully in the day.

BREAKFAST

Nourish & Connect

A generous breakfast gives us time to eat well, talk, laugh and enjoy being together before the morning programme begins.

MORNING

Explore & Discover

Through daily group coaching and reflection, journaling, partner work, embodied practices and meaningful conversation, we explore where you are now and what the theme of the day means for your own life — including what gives you energy, what matters most, the values and purpose that guide you, and what you may want to move towards next.

AFTERNOON

Time for you

The afternoon is intentionally spacious and flexible. Rest, read, explore, have a massage, join an optional outing, move your body, or simply do nothing. On some days there may be an optional beach trip, walk, run or energising movement session. You may also choose to have your individual one-hour session during this time — perhaps to explore a decision, transition, purpose or direction, or to translate an insight from the retreat into a clearer personal purpose or practical next step.

LATE AFTERNOON

Settle & Integrate

A gentle practice such as restorative yoga, yin, breathwork or meditation helps you release the day, reconnect with yourself and ease into the evening.

DINNER

Gather & Nourish

We come together again for a freshly prepared meal and the simple pleasure of sharing food and conversation.

AFTERWARDS

Your Evening

Talk, read, walk, rest, laugh, sleep early - or linger together over another cu of tea. The evening is yours.

YOUR GUIDES

Charmian & Fiona

Charmian is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), certified in Co-Active Coaching and ORSC. Drawing on a 30-year international career in brand, insight and innovation strategy, she brings deep coaching expertise to the retreat, guiding group and individual reflection. A trained yoga teacher, she is also a daily yoga and mindfulness practitioner.

Fiona is an highly experienced yoga teacher, somatic coach and certified Scientific Trainer. Her work combines neuroscience, psychology, embodiment and yoga, grounded in an academic background in human sciences and a career in international management and university teaching. She guides the retreat’s embodied journey, helping you reconnect with something we often lose access to in busy lives: the intelligence of the body.

Together, we bring these perspectives into one integrated experience — bringing together mind and body, reflection and embodiment, insight and experience. We create a space in which you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and see new possibilities.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT OF US

A safe space to explore what matters to you

You will never be pushed to share more than you want to, perform, achieve or become a "better version of yourself".

Instead, we create a small, supportive space in which you can be curious about yourself and your life - through movement, stillness, questions, reflection, conversation, laughter and connection.

Some moments may bring big insights. Others may simply bring rest, joy or the relief of feeling completely present.

All of it belongs.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

Depth without heaviness

We want this personal transformation journey to feel nourishing while you are here - and useful long after you leave.

Yoga, meditation and somatic work give you space to slow down, restore and reconnect with yourself. Coaching and reflection help you understand yourself more deeply, look at your life from fresh perspectives and explore what matters most, what feels meaningful now, and what you may want to change, protect or create next.

Our intention is that you leave Mallorca feeling grounded, refreshed, clearer, more connected to yourself — and more alive.

FOOD

Nourishment is part of the retreat

Good food is an important part of the feeling well, grounded and cared for.

During the retreat, you will enjoy fresh, nourishing vegetarian meals prepared for the group. Vegan options can be accommodated, and together with our cook, Katrin, we will shape a menu that may be wholesome, gently Ayurvedic-inspired and tailored to the group’s needs.

Water, coffee and tea are available throughout the retreat. Brunch may even include on of Katrin's special detox smoothie shots.

Please let us know about any dietary requirements when booking.

You can join in as much as feels right for your. There is no pressure to share personal things with the group, and there is always space to step back and take time for yourself.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Getting to Mallorca

Arrival at the finca from 15:00 on Saturday, 6 February 2027
Departure on Friday, 12 February 2027 after our shared brunch. Rooms need to vacated by 10:00.

You organise your own travel to and from Mallorca and the finca. A convenient airport shuttle bus runs to Cala Millor with only a few stops. Where practical, we may be able to coordinate pickup from Cala Millor, around ten minutes from the finca. Alternatively, guests can share a taxi directly from the airport or hire a car; parking is available at the finca.

We will share further practical travel guidance before the retreat.

WHAT YOU TAKE HOME

More than a memory of Mallorca

We hope you leave feeling rested, refreshed and deeply nourished - but also with something that stays with you when everyday life begins again.

Perhaps greater clarity about what matters now. A stronger sense of purpose and direction - what you want to contribute, create or stand for in the next chapter of your life. A new perspective on something that has felt stuck. A deeper connection to your own needs, every and inner wisdom. More confidence to make a change, protect what matters or create more space for joy.

You will also take home practical tools and practices to help you stay grounded, present and connected to yourself long after the retreat is over.

Most of all, we hope you leave feeling more at home in yourself - and more alive in your life.
